The following document outlines the full terms and conditions for use of this website. By registering and using this website, you constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions in their entirety. Pay Pagoda reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

 

• Only users who reside in the United States may register and participate in this site. Users must join, complete offers from, and receive check paymentsat a valid mailing address in the United States.
• Users may only have one account per person.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• Users must use their own information when registering and using this site. Users may not register, or use the site with the information of anyone other than themselves.
• Users must register with a valid email address.
• Users may not give out their information to another party allowing them to gain access to their account.

Accounts may not be removed from the system. If you no longer wish to use Pay Pagoda, you may simply cease to access your account. Pay Pagoda will not use your information or communicate with you.

• Users must complete offers to earn credit for their own account and may not complete offers for an account other than their own, nor have someone else complete an offer for their account.
• Users may complete as many offers as they wish, and will receive credit when Pay Pagoda's advertisers report a successful order completion.
• Users must complete offers that genuinely interest them, and in their entirety.
• Users must complete offers that are unique to them. A user may not for example, sign up for a service that they are currently using, or have previously used.
• Users must access advertiser’s sites to complete offers by following the links found on Pay Pagoda.
• To ensure successful crediting, users should enable cookies on their browser, and use the same email address to complete the offer as the email address on their account.
• Users may not guide any other user, or be guided through the registration or offer-completion of any offers on this site..
• Users found to complete offers in a fraudulent manner will have their credit revoked, and possible have their account put on hold. This includes, but is not limited to: using false information, canceling offers immediately after completing them, and any other actions that may cause Pay Pagoda or its partners to consider your actions fraudulent by their own discretion.
• Users who do not receive credit for an offer they legitimately completed must observe a 21 day waiting period before requesting manual credit.
• Pay Pagoda does not guarantee users will receive credit for offers they complete. Users are responsible for accurate record-keeping for their accounts and offer completions.

• To be eligible to receive a payment from Pay Pagoda, users must not violate any terms of use, and must also meet all requirements for the specific site.
  • For Pay Pagoda, users must meet the minimum payment threshold and have accurante payment information in their account.
• Once a user meets payment requirements, they may submit a payout request.
• All accounts are subject to approval and verification by Pay Pagoda.
• Users found to have violated any terms, or failed to properly complete the site requirements may have their account placed on hold, and may not receive payment.

• Pay Pagoda does not guarantee the receipt of gifts regardless of user status.
• Users are responsible for any and all taxes associated with receipt of payments.
• Users receiving payments with an accumulative worth $600.00 or greater will be required to fill out a W-9 form for tax purposes.
• Payments will be sent via the requested method to the address specified when a user submits their request.

Pay Pagoda may disqualify, or place on hold, any user that:

• Has violated any of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
• Found to have defrauded Pay Pagoda or any of its advertising partners.
• Is found to immediately cancel offers (defraud) by our advertisers.
• Discusses, assists or encourages in private or public the cancellation of offers. This includes cancellation timeframes, canceling methods, and cancellation ease.
• Using methods to hide a user’s identity. This includes proxies and other methods.
• Posts or places their link unsolicited (SPAM) in forums, emails, websites, guest books, newsgroups or any other locations.
• Pay Pagoda reserves the right to place on hold or disqualify any account, for any reason, without notification.

Additionally:

• Users who have their accounts placed on hold or disqualified will forfeit any claims to payment. This includes and pending or processing orders.
• Users that are placed on hold, or disqualified will have all their accounts across Pay Pagoda and PrizePagoda also placed on hold or disqualified.
• Pay Pagoda reserves the right to legally pursue anyone found to have defrauded us, or our partners.
• Users that feel they have been placed on hold, or disqualified unjustly may contact Pay Pagoda to attempt to rectify the situation. Pay Pagoda does not guarantee the outcome of such communications and inquiries.

• Users must use a browser that is capable of accepting cookies and running javascript. These settings must be enabled for this site to function properly.
• This site and its contents are copyright Pay Pagoda.
• No parts of this site or communications with Pay Pagoda may be copied, altered, or reproduced in any way without express written consent from Pay Pagoda.
• Use of any methods to illegally access any Pay Pagoda site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes the use any scripts or "bots" written and controlled by an individual or network of individuals not given permission to do so by Pay Pagoda.
